When you submit a contact or rent-analysis form, we collect the information you provide (such as name, email, phone number, and property address). If you apply for a rental, additional information is collected and processed through our property management and screening providers (including DoorLoop and TransUnion) under their respective privacy policies.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule showings, prepare rent analyses, process rental applications, and provide property management services. We do not sell your personal information.
Information is shared only with service providers necessary to deliver our services (e.g., tenant screening, payment processing) or as required by law.
